One of the perks of spending a lot of time on Instagram is discovering unknown fashion brands.  Unknown to me that is. I can not recall through which Instagram account I came across American brand Simon Miller but I fell in love with this beautiful look they have created. Initially known for their denim, the brand is branching out fast in both men’s and women’s wear.

Now before even reading about it on their website I sensed there was a connection with Japan somehow and lo and behold, there is: Simon Miller uses only Japanese textiles. It makes for a very special aesthetic, one I like very much.
