I am feeling a bit sore today and Karlie Kloss is entirely to blame. While wandering along the online pages of Vogue 2 days ago I came across a series of workout GIFs performed by the beautiful Miss Kloss. Which prompted me to get up and have a go at them myself.
Now, don’t get me wrong. Although I am by no means a supermodel or athlete, I do run for half an hour every single day before the children get out of bed. And on most days I incorporate an hour’s worth of light weight training. In short, I am used to working out.
But oh boy, these perceptively easy exercises by the famous modelFIT are making me BURN. Which is a good thing. It means I am accessing areas on my body previously left untouched. No pun intended there.
So I will keep doing them in addition to my own workout regime. I am quite sure it will not turn me into a 6ft amazon but I am a sucker for toning up. How about you?
