Although there is no way I will ever spend 800 dollars on any dress, after seeing Charlotte of The Fashion Guitar in it I can’t stop salivating over this pleated Tibi dress.
People would cry out “You are not wearing THAT again are you?!”.
It is that kind of a dress.
