I have tried on a pair of white ankle boots and it just looked…odd? Maybe because the whole boot, heel included, was matte white leather, and a white boot with a black heel would look better, who knows.

SOH has already said ‘You smell nice.’ three times since yesterday so I would call this little pick-me-up a winner.

The one thing missing in my shoe collection is a classic black high-heeled court shoe. I know there are plenty out there to choose from but my issue is, and always has been, slippage: without some sort of ankle strap I tend to lose any high-heeled shoe.
Winter red
No I would NOT wear this for Christmas because come on, that really would be all too predictable right? But other than that, how great does this jumper look? I would definitely buy this very oversized and wear with a dark grey pair of jeans and a sharp heeled boot.
