This looks like a really great dress for the party season: blue velvet but with a decent length skirt. Unfortunately & Other Stories can be very hit & miss for me when it comes to their dresses: the fit is often incredibly off. So I will definitely not be ordering online but will try it on if I spot it in the shop.
